Montair Process Technology B.V.
is founded in 1971 and located in Kronenberg (The Netherlands), supplies innovative solutions to air emissions and special equipment fabrication applications on a worldwide basis.
Montair Process Technology B.V. is an independent member of the Manders Industries Group with affiliated companies established in the Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, India and the USA. These affiliated companies posses a specific expertise in there field of work. On a regular bases Montair Process Technology B.V. works together with one or more of these companies to provide a turn-key solution.
The core business of Montair Process Technology B.V. is divided into two categories:
- Air Pollution Control Equipment
- Special Process Equipment
Montair Process Technology B.V. focuses its activities mainly on realisation of turnkey projects. From the engineering phase to the final start-up of the systems, Montair Process Technology B.V. will carefully manage all aspects of your project. All stages of the project are realised under our own administration.
Every project will have a dedicated project manager whom is responsible for the project from the purchase order until and including the aftercare at the customer. The project manager is the first contact for the customer during the entire project. He will coordinate de several disciplines en keeps track of the progress, risks and financial status during the project.
On a regular bases project meetings will be planned with the customer to discuss the status of the project and talk about wishes that have risen throughout the project.
During the project several moments occur where decisions regarding the design have to be made. The customer will always be involved is such decisions, mostly by sending a drawing which the customer can approve or give his comment to.
The manufacturing department of Montair Process Technology B.V. has a well equipped machinery. Te manufacturing department mainly processes stainless steel, high-nickel alloys, aluminum and thermoplastics. The engineering and manufacturing department is also responsible for the development and assembly of complete control systems including HMI and data logging capabilities.
