Montair aquires ELBO Solutions

With the acquisition of ELBO Solutions, Montair Environmental Solutions is accelerating its journey toward a sustainable and clean future.

Montair’s engineering capabilities are being strengthened, and 3D laser scanning technology is now included in its range of services. In addition, the acquisition opens up new market opportunities, such as the food industry and battery sector, and expands access to the German market. ELBO Solutions has two locations – in Panningen (NL) and Niederkrüchten (DE) – with a total of 14 employees. Both locations will remain operational, and all employees will become part of Montair. The organization will continue under the name Montair Environmental Solutions, significantly increasing the company’s scale and strength.
