Quench-venturi for DOW

We are proud of the quench-venturi project for DOW chemicals in China that we recently completed. In 2009 we already supplied an emission reduction system to this customer. DOW's question now was to increase the exhaust temperature from the process of this system from 465oC to 550oC. For this, the design of the quench-venturi had to be adapted and the wall thickness of the heat-resistant brickwork had to be increased. The project was successfully completed by Montair in an ultra-short completion time, so that our customer can already replace the quench-venturi during the planned stop at the end of the year.
